Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2026
BloodLink ("we", "the platform") helps people request blood coordination and connect with voluntary donors. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
- You must provide accurate contact and profile information.
- You must not post false emergencies or misuse the platform.
- Donors must follow medical eligibility rules set by hospitals and blood banks.
Not a medical provider
BloodLink does not supply blood, perform transfusions, or give medical advice. Hospitals and licensed blood banks handle collection and transfusion.
Your responsibilities
- Requesters are responsible for the accuracy of patient and hospital details they share.
- Donors volunteer freely; the platform does not guarantee a match.
- Chat and patient information must be used only to coordinate donation.
Suspension
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, harass others, or post fraudulent requests, after review where possible.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, BloodLink is not liable for outcomes of medical care or third-party actions.
